Publishing principles
Editorial Standards
The sourcing, scope, correction, and disclosure standards used across OvZuno publications.
Define the scope
Every OvZuno publication states the subjects it covers, the audience it serves, and the adjacent subjects it intentionally excludes.
Prefer checkable evidence
Technical claims should be supported by primary documentation, standards, regulatory material, direct data, or clearly identified expert evidence. Secondary sources may provide context but should not become an invisible chain of repetition.
Separate fact, interpretation, and limitation
Articles should distinguish documented facts from editorial analysis. Important assumptions, operating conditions, and limitations belong near the conclusion they qualify.
Correct material errors
Substantive corrections should be made promptly. An article receives a lastmod value only after a meaningful, verified change—not because the site was rebuilt or the publication date was reused.
Keep authorship honest
OvZuno does not invent named experts, reviewers, credentials, test results, or field experience. Organizational authorship is used when work is produced collectively.
Disclose support
Partner-supported work is labelled in plain language. Support does not give a partner control over editorial conclusions. See the full Publication Disclosure.
